Returns

At Apexely, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue along with their order number.

In certain cases, a return may not be required.

Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
